Does Section 3 of the 14th Amendment prevent Donald Trump from running for or being President of the United States again? 3 State lawsuits are already trying to figure this out!

As a follow-up to last week's episode, this week we discuss the States' review of the 14th Amendment's Disqualification Clause and the three lawsuits that have already been filed in Florida, New Hampshire, and Michigan to exclude Donald Trump from the 2024 election ballots.

In Part 2 of this episode, our legal team takes on Mark Meadow's motion to remove his Georgia indictments to federal court and his testimony this week during which he claims that he was only acting as part of his federal duties. We also pick up a quick discussion about attorney John Eastman's Fox News interview this week and whether he should have exercised his right to remain silent.

Finally, in Part 3 of this episode, we discuss the defamation lawsuit against co-defendant Rudy Giuliani by the female election workers in Georgia. We explain why a judge ordered him to pay sanctions and legal fees, and whether punitive damages are allowed in his case.
