Episode 48: The Colorado Supreme Court Excludes Trump from the Ballot

Trump was disqualified this week from the primary ballot in Colorado by the Colorado Supreme Court. In a 4-3 decision, the high court overturned part of the Colorado District Court decision in which Trump was found to have committed insurrection and rebellion according to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment but was also found not to qualify as an "officer" under the Constitution. Join us this holiday week as we break down the decision and its implications, including our ideas of what the United States Supreme Court might do with the case.
