Episode 6: Are Elon Musk, the Richneck parents, or Alec Baldwin guilty?

Who is legally responsible for Tesla shareholders' losses, for the Richneck Elementary School shooting, and the shooting on the set of Rust? In this episode, we check in on the Elon Musk jury trial happening in California, the new facts coming out about the Richneck Elementary School shooting in Newport News, Virginia, and the criminal charges just filed against Alec Baldwin for killing the producer on the set of Rust. Elon Musk testified under oath that he thought he had "secured funding" to take Tesla private. He also claimed that people should not always believe what he says on Twitter and that the stock market fluctuates even when he doesn't tweet about making Tesla private. Will the jury hold him responsible for the stock losses to shareholders in 2018 after his infamous tweets?

The parents of the 6-year-old shooter in Newport News, Virginia, have gotten an attorney and have made public statements that their son was in some kind of program whereby they went to school with him every day, but on that day, they didn't. The teacher who was shot has also gotten an attorney, and it appears that she intends to sue. Who will she sue and try to hold responsible for the shooting in her classroom that left her seriously injured?

Prosecutors have charged Alec Baldwin and the armorer from the set of Rust with involuntary manslaughter for the death of the producer. Could a jury find him responsible for the death? What about the armorer? It may come down to what standard protocols were in place on the set for the use of prop weapons and blanks.
